MyLifeHealth

MyLifeHealth is a (applying for nonprofit 501(c)(3) status) app intended to track your general electronic health record. Current functionality allows you to input health information about yourself such as medications, past surgeries, family health conditions, doctors, insurance, and also allows you to keep notes on your medical conditions so everything is in one place and you can take back the ownership and be the source of truth for your health record. You can also output your information to a .PDF to share by print or email.

Our vision is to connect MyLifeHealth to hospitals, provider clinics and insurance payors through API connectivity to download/sync your data across different systems as well as integrate with artificial intelligence, or AI, to allow improved research results leveraging the data within your record.
