SCI Health Toolkit

A health maintenance toolkit for those living with a spinal cord injury

Designed to support those living with a spinal cord injury stay healthy and well by providing helpful tracking tools and health checks. The SCI health toolkit which was developed in partnership with royal rehab, the university of Sydney and icare enables quick reporting of overall health and symptoms of problems related to living with a spinal cord injury. The toolkit has handy trackers for monitoring fluid intake, mental health, exercise, bowel and pain with the ability to export your trackers to share with careers and medical professionals as well as a care plan to help manage day to day life and medical visits.
