TIMECO's iOS app is heavily criticized for login friction, reliability issues, and punch-in/out problems. Users report having to type credentials repeatedly, with no Face ID or password saving, and some must enter the full company name each time. The app is frequently down or unresponsive, producing blank screens or pages that won’t load. Punching in/out is often unreliable and location checks can be inaccurate. My company I worked for switched to this and it is a complete and total downgrade from the app we were using (UKG Ready)… Well, first off… NO FACE ID! You have to autofill your username everytime you sign in. This makes it an extra step to sign in and it is incredibly annoying. Second off; the gps location is so small that you have to clock in over and over again and over again in order to get it to detect you. Feels like an app from 2011 instead of 2026… DO BETTER! PLEASE FIX YOUR APP SO US WORKERS DON’T HAVE TO DO YOUR WORK FOR YOU!

The app is OK/fair but the fact that it doesn’t have Face ID is really stupid. You need to get with the times and fix that for that alone is why it only gets one star. And the fact that you have to be on company Wi-Fi is the worst thing you could have ever done. You can’t even check your time card or pay statements or anything when you are at home for that also this is the worst app.
