TIMECO's iOS app is heavily criticized for login friction, reliability issues, and punch-in/out problems. Users report having to type credentials repeatedly, with no Face ID or password saving, and some must enter the full company name each time. The app is frequently down or unresponsive, producing blank screens or pages that won’t load. Punching in/out is often unreliable and location checks can be inaccurate. UI/UX is widely regarded as poor, and updates rarely add meaningful quality-of-life improvements. A few note some useful features when the app works, but reliability is the main concern.

App is good and does/shows what you need however, it’s annoying that every single day I have to type in my username which is very long because it will not save it. Also doesn’t have Face ID so I can’t bypass typing it in every day just to punch in. Needs to be fixed asap

This is way worse than paylocity! Doesnt keep you signed in so you have to use a long ID and password every freaking time. And you can’t edit your time cards. Take this app down so we don’t ever have to use it again it’s terrible.
