Never worked. Lots of broken promises about app updates, etc. and cumbersome resets that did nothing. Terrible customer service communications, and downright LIES about a promised refund. Then I got a request to take down my negative review! Still, no resolution. They just stopped replying to my emails, and there is no other way to contact them. I purchased this device directly from the seller. BIG mistake. I would never recommend this piece of landfill to anyone.

Our dog Panda has double hip dysplasia, and we’ve tried just about everything over the years to help her stay comfortable and mobile. When we started using the PetsPEMF device, I honestly didn’t expect such a visible difference but it’s been incredible. Within just a few sessions, we noticed she was getting up more easily, walking with less stiffness, and even showing more energy and playfulness again. What I appreciate most is that it’s gentle, noninvasive, and something we can do for her at home, on our own schedule. It’s been such a gift to have an option that supports her recovery without adding more medication.
