App disconnects while pad is operating so one doesn’t know if pad is still on or not. This app needs to be updated to fix that

I have been using the Assisi loop lounge pad for about a year and a half prior to getting this pad and I’m much happier even though they work differently. This one is great because it has different programs. It’s soft and it’s a better value. I’ve been using this for a few months now and last night it really showed me what an impact it can make. My dog was having an intense histamine reaction and a vestibular event occurred. I put the pad in her tent and covered it up to make it dark. I ran the stress relief mode and it helped calm her down significantly. Then I stuck it in her tent overnight for eight hours and she slept so well. i’ve been using it during the day in the accelerated healing mode as well as pain relief mode and that seems to be helping. She’s 17 years old and moving pretty well. The app is super helpful so I can start programs and change them remotely. The only thing is you have to tap it at least once to get it blinking if it’s in hibernation mode. I see a lot of reviews that aren’t so great and I think it’s the same in the Facebook group. One thing I’ve noticed is usually those people did not read the directions and that makes all the difference. I also got the harmony loop which I used until I got the pad and I was happy with that, but it was the same thing with people not reading the directions and then complaining about it not working.
