Supported metrics include resting heart rate, HRV (SDNN and rMSSD), VO2 max, steps and distance, sleep duration and stages, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, cardio recovery, move energy, exercise time, stand time, stairs climbed, wrist temperature and breathing disturbances. In my opinion this app is pointless and a waste of money. They're better apps out there for heart health. This one doesn't give you much useful info if any at all. It wants you to purchase other subscriptions to actually see the stuff that actually matters. Don't buy it. Not worth it at all.
