Drive information lacks dates and date filtering is poor or unavailable (no obvious dates, date ranges, or usable filters).
Usability/UI issues, such as input fields being obscured by the keyboard, lack of copy/paste, font-size problems, and excessive/ intrusive notifications.

Recent reviews

The app does not prompt to fill in the user and password for log in. You can’t even copy/paste into the fields. As a regular donor You could stop the relentless phone calls and text messages to me if your app worked. I haven’t donated for about 8 months because of this failure.

I actually love this app and it’s very helpful. I am able to easily make my appointments or cancel and remake the appointment. Furthermore, I can also access my reward points and is very easy to claim them.

I have tried this app multiple times since downloading about 6 or so months ago. Just tried again still doesn’t work. Only writing review because “support” link doesn’t work either. I verified my email and password on the .org website and even used all uppercase for email since for whatever reason my email appears that way in my profile. Previously it would lock out my account but now just says “invalid credentials”
