Easy process. Everything is through email and portals however there has been people available when help is needed. Very friendly and informative.

We moved in 10/2024. The application process was seamless. We got approved quickly (3 or 4 day wait). The agent was nice and gave us a move-in date but on that date they never sent us the code to the house so we can move in. There was a 1-day delay in moving in. They did pro-rate us for the day and then we moved in 1-day later (not ideal) but it is whatever. When we moved in there were so many things broken/loose/needed to be replaced. We quickly learned about the app and after a few months, maintenance did come out and they fixed every issue. We haven’t needed maintenance in a long time, which is great! We love it here and so far so good. We signed a 2-year lease and our rent was raised after the 1st year but we knew that when we signed the 2-year lease and we are hoping it doesn’t keep raising every year after that as we want to stay here a long time! It does stink all the extra fees as we pay on the app our water bill and our rent (always that extra fee) but I guess this is the new norm. We recommend Invitation Homes.
