When going into app movies don’t play just get the playback error message.Tired of dealing with this app.looks good but doesn’t work

This app is great when it works but it very inconvenient when you cannot watch it on your tv or another device because it tells you playback error on shows and movies. This can occur when you pause it and start it back later or even when you haven’t even started the next episode. Please give us another update🤷🏾‍♀️
