Users largely praise any basic control capability when a device is actually connected, but repeatedly report serious reliability issues. It's not just an overly basic app that doesn't share much information, as do other brands; but, its main 'BUG' is that it requires you to delete your Bluetooth wireless user connection and redo the pairing process, if you ever disconnect Bluetooth while it's connected. The message you'll get is that the device is offline/disconnected. Nothing you can do but start over. The Allpowers R1500 battery is pretty great - does what I need it to. Just wish this company would iron out the obvious.
