It’s great that there’s finally an option for those that don’t want to pay for traditional commercial insurance

The business model is great, but it seems like they make their money by ignoring those who need to cancel their subscription. Be very careful about providing payment information to hum. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months and support does not answer my emails, which by the way is the only way to get a hold of them.
