I’ve used the website to host two virtual baby showers, the most recent in May 2026. The app was completely useless for me. I cannot even get past the profile setup prompts. I reported it and was told to use the website instead. So why have an app? The website also was difficult to connect during my virtual shower. Some Guests were never able to join. The other functions including invitations, ready-made themes and gift registry linking are great features.

Site is easy to set up but only on desktop. Less than an hour before my shower started, I couldn’t log into the app. Nor even just try forget password. I know I used the right password but I was trying anything. I’m on bedrest. So we were relying on the virtual…. Thanks for ruining it! Can’t wait for the excusing on why we won’t get a refund. Oh and customer service only available through email. I doubt I’ll get a response in time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not one single person was able to log in on shower day and I’ve not been able to each anyone for customer support or a refund
