Let me say this: I love their stuff. I order from them regardless of the status of the app. Let that be known. When I first found them, it was for a 20% off the first order via the app advertisement. I downloaded it, signed up, got the activation e-mail, etc. I can’t log in via the app. I go to reset my password. The app says there is no user with my email address, even though I’m logged in and accruing rewards via the website. Still buy from this company, guys. Browse their selection via the app— it’s all there. I just don’t know why I can’t log in.
