User Reviews

Reviewers praise the food as tasty and the staff as friendly, especially for takeout. However, recurring app issues cause order failures and checkout errors, and a confusing flow around a mandatory pita option led to cancellations. A few visits show inconsistent or unfriendly service and some opening-day quality concerns. Rewards complaints are mentioned but rare. Most noted points: tasty food, helpful takeout staff, and ongoing app checkout problems.

Pros

Tasty, fresh food.
Friendly and helpful staff, especially for To-Go orders.
Positive takeout experience with staff explaining menu options.

Cons

App ordering bugs and basket errors (order placement failures).
Confusing checkout flow with a mandatory free pita option leading to cancellations.
Occasional unfriendly or inattentive service.
Quality inconsistencies on opening days (gritty hummus, questionable meat prep).

Now its absolute trash and confusing to use. Biggest mistake they made was changing this app. It used to be so easy to use.. could see points, discounts, reqards, coupons easily!! Now.. half the time the app wont open because of vpn.. even tho its set to usa it still says cant use in my country LOL and when I do get into the app there’s no way to see points or old order from before the app.. basically can just scan when checking out now and guess that might have points. Absurd and LOST A TON OF BUSINESS lol so many of us are frustrated and day nah nvm not gona go there anymore. Garbanzo u screwed urselves
