2026-06-05	AB*****	I used to enjoy this app for earning a gift card here and there. Previously to redeem the app would send you a verification code via text. Recently, they’ve changed to a phone call to verify. The problem is the phone call doesn’t come through. It will say the app is calling, but while you’re waiting, nothing is happening. Eventually it times out and leaves a voicemail. At that point you can’t use the code it leaves because the app says you’re not verified. I’ve contacted support. I have followed their instructions to make sure unknown callers aren’t blocked, call forwarding is off, but they also want your voicemail disabled and recommend talking to your phone carrier. I checked with my carrier, but my voicemail can’t be disabled. Support told me to contact my carrier again and ask again. I guess I will not be able to redeem unless they go back to the previous process.
