However, stability issues and data problems—crashes and missing transactions/points—frequently frustrate users. Localization bugs (Spanish mode after updates) and a problematic update flow further degrade experience, as do inconsistent promotions across locations. Recent reviews

I used the app while playing at a sister casino, even uploaded funds prior to my visit with no issues. When I tried to access again I got the message “ your maximum limit has been reached please enter a different amount or visit the Casino cage for further assistance. Went to the cage and a cashier provided me with a phone number to contact a representative. The representative took my contact info and said someone would reach out to me. It’s been more than 24 hours and no one has contacted me, AND I tried once again to add funds to my account and received the exact same message as before.
