The MyPhoenix App offers a simple way to view and manage your Phoenix Life pension plan 24/7. Registration is simple and you can use Touch ID and Face ID to make accessing your plan online safe.

If you’ve already set up a MyPhoenix account online, just enter your username and password in the app to log in. If you forget your password on the app you can reset it.

Once you’ve logged in or created an account you’ll be able to:

• View your Phoenix Life pension plan details including the value it has today, what’s being paid into it, the funds your plan is invested in and any guarantees and death benefits it has.
• View and update your personal details to make sure they’re up to date
• Send us a secure message any time, day or night
• Change your MyPhoenix password
• Add or update your beneficiaries
