The Parkinson Symptom Tracker (PRO-PD App) has been designed for patients, providers, and researchers as a tool for assessing and tracking symptom severity over time. The scale has been designed to be sensitive at all stages of disease and to be accurate, fast, easy, and readily accessible.

The PRO-PD App is provided by the Parkinson Center for Pragmatic Research (CPR), a Social Purpose Corporation whose goal is to make Parkinsonism preventable and reversible. We value your feedback and appreciate your support.

Users consistently find the app helpful for tracking disease progression, but onboarding is plagued by signup/UI problems and verification failures. Color-contrast issues render signup fields unreadable, country validation can block setup, and there are reports of a major break since April with limited support. Overall, tracking capabilities are valued, but onboarding and maintenance issues significantly hinder usability.

Unable to create account.

But I am unable to fill out the create an account page, because the form fields are black, with black labels. I can’t see a description of what I’m supposed to fill in. It looks like a.redacted government file, all black boxes on a white field.

The app doesn’t allow you to create a new account. All of the fields are completely white or black on the page. Tried to adjust phone color setting but nothing helped. Seems to be a defect with the app.
