User Reviews

Lucky Luna is widely praised for its beautiful visuals, calming soundtrack, and thoughtful swipe-based gameplay, along with strong level design and replay value. However, players frequently note that the game is short, the narrative is vague, and there are recurring bugs (notably endless-mode resets and progression issues) that can hinder progress.
Pros
  • Stunning pixel-art visuals and art direction
  • Soothing music and relaxing atmospheric vibe
  • Swipe-based controls that promote deliberate pacing and enjoyable gameplay
  • Strong level design with clever obstacles and secret passages
  • High replayability and numerous achievements
Cons
  • Short length / limited content
  • Persistent bugs and stability issues, especially with endless mode resets and progression problems
  • Vague story and unclear purpose of collectibles

Excellent pixel art, but the game feels awful to play. Feels like you should play carefully, but you’re also encouraged to complete levels quickly. Grading on the first few levels didn’t seem too bad, but completionists should expect to repeat levels multiple times. This would be fine with better controls or controller support (even though you literally just control left and right movement). I suspect the game is short, but I could quickly tell I was going to have mixed feelings, at best, throughout my runtime. I think most people would be able to tell pretty quickly if they’d like the game, so it may be worth a try.

This game… I’ve played a lot of Netflix games, non-Netflix games, games in general, which most people reading this can relate to, if you’re reading a review to see if the game is worth the storage on your phone/ipad/device. It is… because honestly, great art, fun gameplay, good music (even though half the time I play anything I use Spotify) so if you’re reading this, download it or else I will… follow you home and put a mailbox in your pipebomb whatever the kids say idek
