Promet mobile application is a free application for your smartphone. The application is intuitive and allows you to interact with Promet's services more easily. As a user of the application you can:

• Top up your eWallet and buy tickets for a single trip • Use the full functionality of the application and buy monthly/yearly coupons • Plan your trip • Get a mapped display of all bus stops and vehicle positions in real time • View timetables, adding individual lines to favorites • Get information about sales points • Contact Transport

The application works for registered and unregistered users. For registered users, access data is used as in the WEB portal.

Note: for certain options of the mobile application, it is necessary to activate the full user profile. This can be done at Promet's sales locations. Replenishment of eWallet funds is done with debit/credit cards. A pre-purchased ticket cannot be used in offline mode.

Giving up on the app. My profile is English but all of the credit entry page is Croatian. I can’t add money so can’t buy a ticket.

App puca vec godinu dana + kad se takne npr stanica na pazaru. Neznam tko pise da je app super kad nije. Ima neintuitivno sucelje nabacano bez veze i app puca

This is more a comment than a review since I just downloaded this app. Attempted to use it and it is nor posaible to use every part od this app. Indicators are one has to have a code to activate the full profile, while this app has ZERO directions, nor does google sesrch returns, much about how the user obtains that code for registeirng the full user profile. That renders full use of this app obsolete / impossible thus plesse update the info here or update app to provide that informarion so that the app users could enjoy the full benefits of this application. Hence the three stars "review". Thank you.
