Calm List - Habit Tracker

Calm List is a lightweight and elegant habit recording and activity tracking app.

Helping users form or break certain habits is the ultimate goal of the Calm List.

However, the starting point of the design of Calm List is only to hope that users can consciously record themselves and focus on recording, not goal achievement.

The formation of habits is actually the improvement of self-control, and the first step in self-control is to realize the need for self-control. Once we realize that we need to carry out self-control, a test of willpower will appear: watching 60 minutes of TV or an hour of jogging? And the Calm List hopes to insert a question before this test: Is there any jogging data to record now? If there is, then come face the test; if not, there is no need to stress.

We have a thousand ways to help us complete the test of willpower and achieve our goals, but before that, we must be willing to face the test again and again, whether it is completed or not, without resistance.

There are no good habits that can change your life in the Calm List, there are only bits and pieces of your life.
