After purchasing packs my game doesn’t work I can’t participate in tournaments or sign in to the server getting in touch with support is impossible will change to 5 stars when my account gets fixed please help

As the title says, this used to be an amazing successor to the original, but it’s dead now. One of the most important features of the game, tournaments, no longer runs. This prevents you from the only source of a certain upgrade material that is required for an entire upgrade tree. If you are ok with not being able to ever upgrade some of the most important upgrades in the game then it can still be fun, but you will be severely held back.

I played for a while and tryed to use the save cloud and every time I tryed it froze saying connecting to server and I realized I can’t do the tournament without it so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it to see if that would fix it and it didn’t I just ended up losing all my progress
