Vinny is a crybaby and I suspect he’s actually an electrician. These cameras are awesome the app is so easy even an electric can use it. But he can’t put his logo on the screen!

I’m an experienced sewer camera user. I’ve owned and operated four cameras and I currently have three in service from different manufacturers. I use them all with the same older iPad Air 2. I’ve owned my Hathorn Mini WiFi sewer camera for over six months now. Pros: It works. It doesn’t crash. It’s simple to use. Cons: It is the most disappointing feature of this camera. It feels like Hathorn intentionally has not invested the time, money or energy into making this a good app. Remember, this is what my customers see as I explain to them the issue with their pipe. • There is no text feature. • No ability to put my company logo on the screen. • It’s quirky; no matter what I do the screen always flips 180 after it connects to the camera. • No on screen interface. Everything is controlled by the single button on the reel. • No pause feature during recording. (To be fair, this is as advertised on the website, and not a common feature in my experience.) • The on screen graphics are straight out of my old Commodore 64. Think Space Invaders. Not very impressive. I don’t think this is asking for much. It seems like all of this could be accomplished through regular app updates (maybe with the exception of the pause feature). Hathorn: Why would you not continually improve your product? By not investing in the app you are telling me you don’t care about this feature. This is not going to make me to buy your command module. It’s going to make me buy your competitor’s camera next time around.
