The NavigatorTMS team is excited to bring you the NavigatorTMS Customer App. This application is created specifically for shipping customers in which their logistics provider leverages that NavigatorTMS platform.

With the NavigatorTMS Customer App, your smartphone or tablet becomes a visibility tool for you to track all of your shipments in one location.

Getting started is easy: All you need to do is download the application and enter your login information provided in your invite email from your logistics provider.

Below are a list of key features that you will get with the NavigatorTMS Customer App:

• Dashboard with all of your key shipping analytics (On time %, Number of Shipments, Freight Spend)
• View of all Open shipments with rate information, real-time location statistics and tracking map via FreightTracer
• View of all Historical shipments with shipment details
• Aging Summary with Current, 30, 60 and 90 day totals
• Aging History with a detailed view of outstanding invoices
• Customer Profile Preview
