I had 1 single position open. While reloading the page, an error appeared and my position was closed. Spoke with customer support and nothing was done. I was basically told there was no error and my position had liquidated hours before I actually saw it on my account. Huge red flag. I will not and suggest others to not deposite any funds here

These people rug pulled a bunch of other people. I lost about 63k with these sick individuals. Yet no one responds back it’s been over 1 month now still nothing. Horrific don’t even try as there “partners don’t have enough crypto to pay people back “ scum bags of the year. Negative stars I would give and don’t recomen

My account has been frozen and I cannot access my funds that are just sitting there dwindling away. I have sent them probably 40 emails asking them to release my funds and they just ignore me. All they ever say is ‘we will let you know when we’ve looked into this matter.’ If they’re holding my money and not giving it back to me, how is that not stealing? It’s been two months that I’ve been begging them to send me my money back and they just keep ignoring me. What am I supposed to do?
