Cons

Missing audition deadlines and other due dates in the app after confirmation; critical information not visible.
In-app breakdown details (rates, usage, wardrobe notes) and attachments are not accessible; users must use the web.
Upload/media issues: 25-character file-name limit, difficulty renaming, inability to upload multiple files, and attachments not clickable.
Stability and reliability problems: crashes, inconsistent time stamps, and updates that fail to fix core issues.
Billing and cancellation friction: hard to cancel in-app and reports of being charged after cancellation or overpricing.

App doesn’t give Pertinent dates (callbacks, fitting, work dates). One has to go to the main site to find all that out.

It’s a fine app for the most part, I just want to catch their attention because I want to be able to actually click open the reference media photos on casting calls. Also I desperately wish there was a favorites/bookmarks function so that I could return to casting calls that I would like to submit to later on.

Update (5/26): The issues have not been fixed, despite the response. I honestly don’t get it. Original: This app could be perfect if we were able to see the dates of every audition due! What’s the point of having an app if I have to go somewhere else to get that info? Also multiple times has happened when I would press confirm on the app for auditions and callbacks and my agent would email me days later reminding me to confirm…when I already did. Now I have to confirm outside of the app because I no longer trust it, which is very inconvenient and defeats the purpose of the convenience of the app. PLEASE listen to the feedback! Please fix these issues!!!!
