Several users also say the results are not useful for their specific travel plans.

Flight alerts and follow-up are appreciated by some users.

Cons

Repeated complaints about subscription paywalls, upsells, and extra charges—especially for business-class searches or add-ons.
Multiple users report difficulty canceling subscriptions or getting refunds, including trouble finding cancellation controls or receiving a response.
Users say displayed fares can be inaccurate, higher than Google Flights, or unavailable by the time they click.
Some reviewers find the deals poor value or impractical for their desired routes and dates.

Recent reviews

Avoid if you don’t want to have to pay. Predatory the way they don’t let you skip even past the initial opening of the app without shoving memberships in your face and saying things like “if you don’t accept now this offer will never be available” to cause FOMO. Horrible practice
