HOW LUDOFIT WORKS

LudoFit uses your webcam as a motion sensor that can detect your movements. As you exercise, you'll move through and explore virtual landscapes on your screen.

The camera is only used as a sensor to track your movements during exercise. It will not record you or your environment, ensuring that your privacy remains fully protected.

As soon as you log in to the app, you can try a game workout and start customizing the games to your level. You'll also have the option to take a short test to jump up to a higher level of difficulty.

To play LudoFit with your iPad, position it horizontally and stand it upright. You could also use a stand. We recommend the UGREEN Tablet Stand available on Amazon.

WHO IS LUDOFIT FOR?

The app is for adults with a variety of health concerns and wellness goals. LudoFit provides personalized challenges that cater to your individual fitness level.

You can perform the exercises in either a standing or sitting position, depending on your preference and physical abilities.

Please note that if you plan to use LudoFit in combination with any type of treatment, it is recommended that you consult with your physical therapist, occupational therapist, or physician. LudoFit does not diagnose any medical conditions, but it can be a helpful supplement to your existing exercise routine.

All users get free access to all LudoFit games for 30 days. You have the option to upgrade to a premium subscription at any time. If you choose to stay on the free plan, you will have continued and unlimited access to one game: Skiing the Italian Alps.

With LudoFit Premium, you will have continued access to the entire app. We offer the following premium subscriptions: •Monthly: $14.99 USD/month •Yearly: $129.99 USD/year

LudoFit premium subscriptions are managed through your Apple App store account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the price and period selected above unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple App Store settings after purchase. I am really pleased to have found this app. I’m a disabled vet, and have several mobility limitations. As a result, safe exercise options can be limited. This checks so many boxes-safe, fun, works my balance and core, and is really effective. I can tell I have worked muscles I haven’t used in a long time.

I'm enjoying the games provided by Ludofit, especially the skiing and bike riding. I was almost in hysterics the first time I did the bike riding. I can't tell you how many bike riders I wiped out. Coordinating the feet as well as the arms was challanging at first. But then my brain and body adapted to the routine. The skiing is fun as it brings back the fluid moves of the skiing I once did. The squats were a challange at first but now very manageable. The mountain climbing I find a little tedious or too long and the ball handling in New Zealand is still a challange for me. I haven't quite figured out the proper moves. All in all I think these are great programs and certainly beneficial as we grow older.

I really don’t like to exercise, but I love to play video games. LudoFit incentivizes me to work out by essentially engaging my whole body in playing video games. Further excitement is added by the fact that no two sessions of the same exercise works out the same due to randomization of events.
