You have got to be kidding? This app barely connects to this arm band, once it’s connected if it does connect it isn’t long. I just took it out of the box yesterday, and if you cannot fix this you should not be collecting money for it. It is negative stars and a joke.

I just recently bought this new alarm watch. Wanted the version that I can easily set without any guesswork. Rise alarm watch had no app and it came with no instructions. Tried to figure it out. Still can’t. In the past I was using my alarm system connecting to a table lamp, which always works, but I was hoping for a more gentle nicer way to wake up. The flashing when in the middle of a dream wasn’t how I wanted to wake up. So I bought this cool fire watch alarm , even though the reviews said sometimes works sometimes not. I bought this on the chance it might work for me. Please fix this app ASAP so I can connect to my device. And hopefully will stay connected.
