The app doesn’t even open. Kicks me out every time I click on it from the home screen

This is more of a question than a review. Are we meant to do all the sets in a relatively short amount of time? I know you’re supposed to rest a minute in between but can you also do it over the course of a whole day if you’re busy? Good app by the way.
