One major issue driving a 1 star review: I don’t use this often, but every single time I open it, I am logged out of my account and must login again before I can print a label. I like the app in a lot of ways otherwise, but this issues is infuriating, extremely inconvenient and needs to be fixed. Honestly, I just want to print a label on my local printer, I should not even NEED to login to an account. I don’t need to login for my other household printers, so why I need it here is mind boggling. If it’s going to be forced, at least make sure it’s a low-friction process. Please change the authentication situation, it’s been painful for a very long time.

This app literally just does not work, period. Not much else to say. They should remove this from the app store.

This app isn’t even remotely usable, not on a Mac or iOS. Buggy and has a flow that is incomprehensible. Try making a simple mailing label and try to add a “from” address and you’ll see what I mean. Another garbage app for what is otherwise a good piece of hardware.
