The app is no longer working, won’t even load just white screen completely bricked

I’ve been instructed by customer service to use this app instead of the other Rollo app. I have downloaded this app and it is a white screen nothing more nothing less. I’m assuming there is more functions. This app is supposed to have then showing a white screen, but after deleting and re-downloading over a dozen times there does not seem to be any difference. If I knew this would be such a headache I would’ve never purchased a Rollo printer!
