The Lexus Integrated Dashcam App lets you connect to your dashcam to manage device settings and download video content over Wi‑Fi. It provides Wireless Video File Transfer, Settings Management, and Software Updates. You can easily transfer video files from any folder to your phone, then share or save them locally. Note that videos are transferred directly from the camera to your phone and are not stored or backed up in the cloud. The in‑app Owner’s Manual offers detailed help for features and functions.

Settings Management covers G‑force sensitivity, video resolution and frame rate, storage allocation, date and time settings, video information stamps, GPS history, default microphone behaviors, and overwrite preferences. Over‑the‑Air software updates keep the dashcam up to date. For best results, save important footage promptly and be aware that memory card capacity can overwrite protected files. The app also provides access to a detailed in‑app Owner’s Manual for guidance.

Although the hardware can produce clear video, the overall experience is inconsistent and user support is often unresponsive.

I was going to give it 2 stars but thought 2 stars would be too generous. In fact, 1 star is also too generous! Just took ownership of a beautiful 2026 TX Luxury 350 in Red. The car is great! The Dash Cam is great! The Application to interface with the Dash Cam is TERRIBLE! Trying to connect the app to the DC is a joke. I feel I’m tech savvy, but I just wasted 48 hours of my life debugging several different issues. Apple Car Play apparently interferes with the DC app and associated Web interface. I finally figured that out but the effort to do so was not worth the price of having a dealer installed this camera. My advice is find a good third-party aftermarket dash cam and have it professionally installed rather than relying on the dealership to do it.
