I'll start off with what I like. I like the customizability. Anything that isn't there, custom attributes can help with. I like that. (even if not a great solution to everything) I appreciate having accessories, and even if stuff like the value tracking seems gimmicky, it's a nice touch. One major gripe is that you HAVE to complete every single point. I KNOW it's better to fill in everything, but for the sake of quick product adds, id love an option in settings to maybe let me be incomplete with some things (mainly year acquired.) I think there could be more devices added as well. I get this app tries to focus more Intel era, if you REALLY need to put older, the other model type exists... but, we still have room for say, Airport devices as an accessory option. An Xserve model option would be nice too. just Felt silly to see every single iteration of MacBook Pro and then see nothing for a Xserve, or even just easy adding of PPC devices like an iBook. On a different, and more reasonable topic, I think options for say "Flash or Original HDD" on iPods, or just even a "Modded/Upgraded" attribute on everything would make sense. It'd be a nice addition. The app also needs a bit more.. smartness id say as well. Some products were only around a year or two, it'd be nice if I could have a easy mode option to just be shown the standard years. 5th gen Nano's never got more than 16gb, I'd like to just be able to select 4-8-16gb on it. Small stuff like that being automated even slightly would make things alot nicer. And finally, this app doesn't have very good OS support. It's funny to me for an app meant for easily seeing your apple collection, anything in it is basically guaranteed not to be able to run this. Most of my experience with making any Applications is with gross Obj-C on older OS X, so it's probably just something like "Oh swift doesn't support anything from yesterday!!". Just feels very poorly planned on the dev's part. I do hope this app sees improvement. It's a very neat idea, but with its limitations, I don't see myself putting in the time to input my collection.

App is worth the little cost…very nice and easy to add devices in little time. Got through 100+ devices in under 30 minutes. Only thing is I wish you could add images…..

While this is a great app for those who want to keep track of their ever-expanding collection, there are a few features I would love to see. While the price tag is a bit steep, the app is incredibly smooth and well-written.
First of all, it would be nice if there were icons for compact Macs and the older Mac desktops such as the II and towers like the G5, G4, etc. Somewhat related to that, it would be nice if there was a monitor section for anything from the old Apple II monitors to modern Pro Display XDRs or whatever else one may have
Secondly, it would be great if the app could search a database such as everymac.com for older machines to pre-fill some of the data like Model/Order number and year.
