One app, multiple ways to pay rent In Singapore: Delay Rent Payments¹ — Pick a repayment date that works for your cashflow. We pay your landlord on time; you pay us back on your schedule. Lower Move-In Costs¹ — Don't drain your savings on day one. We advance security deposits and upfront costs, and you reimburse us across the tenancy. Earn Rewards on Rent² — Pick up rewards on every rent payment — miles, perks, and more. In the United Arab Emirates: Rent Now Pay Later³ — Spread your annual rent across manageable instalments instead of cheque-by-cheque, while your landlord gets paid as scheduled. (UEN: 202206452W), and are subject to eligibility, identity verification via Singpass, and Rently's approval. Rently pays the landlord using its own funds; the tenant is contractually obligated to reimburse Rently in accordance with the agreement accepted when submitting their details. Late payment may result in administrative charges, suspension of services, reporting of outstanding amounts to credit bureaus, engagement of collection agencies, or recovery through legal proceedings, as stipulated in that agreement. Rently is not a payment intermediary, escrow agent, fiduciary, bank, or money lender, and does not provide regulated credit services. Rently operates in Singapore consistent with applicable MAS requirements. ²Earn Rewards on Rent: rewards are provided by third-party partners and are subject to those partners' terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements. Rently does not itself operate a rewards programme. ³Rent Now Pay Later is offered in the United Arab Emirates only, and is subject to eligibility and Rently's approval. The product is operated under a property management license held within our UAE group entity. The tenant is contractually obligated to reimburse Rently for amounts paid to the landlord in accordance with the agreement accepted when submitting their details. Post-dated security cheques may be required at onboarding. Late payment may result in administrative charges, suspension of services, and recovery proceedings under UAE law, as stipulated in that agreement.
