Users appreciate IAAPA Connect+ as a strong networking tool with saveable events and a feature-rich experience. However, recurring issues include crashes and reliability problems, confusing navigation, broken My Event/agenda functionality, and missing or hard-to-find exhibitor information and expo maps. People want better exhibitor data, a category search, per-day My Events, clearer ticket-level access, and notes or highlights for booths. Fixing these would make the app a much more reliable expo companion.

Recent reviews

App was working great at the start of this year’s show. Was prompted for an Update roughly midway through the event, and suddenly, there was no more Map, Agenda, or “My Event” and the app is essentially useless. Now, it’s all back. What happened? Maybe it didn’t really disappear from the navigation controls are too confusing.
