This is completely unacceptable. I’ve been locked out of my account with no prior notice, no instructions, and no communication about SunStrong Management taking over. How do you transition customers without informing them or ensuring they can even log in? This creates serious concerns around billing, account access, and overall reliability. Customers should not have to chase down basic information just to manage their own account. Do better—this is a major failure in customer service and communication.

It’s been maybe 5 months. No one can log into the app to check production. The only way to know if your panels work is to call and speak to someone. Online only shows you your bill. Not production. It’s BS!!!!
