How in the world do we get support when the robo doesn’t want to connect to wifi ! I’m so not amused !!!!! Doesn’t connect to wifi it’s a terrible app ! Don’t waste your money or time

The vacuum refused to pair and I figured it was a me problem but then followed another review’s advice to use SmartLife app instead and it paired perfectly through that! My robot vacuum was highly unresponsive to the remote, so having the ability to steer it via the app is so nice. Just not through THIS app
