MyNukaConnect Staff

The Staff companion application to MyNukaConnect. Southcentral Foundation staff and partners may use this application to interact with Customer Owner's who have installed the MyNukaConnect application.

MyNukaConnect is an application that tracks the data collected by an individual’s remote monitoring device(s) (Smart watch, Bluetooth pairing weight scales, BP cuffs etc.) and can be shared with their Integrated Care Team at Southcentral Foundation. The purpose of this application is to support a healthy lifestyle and easily communicate health trends with the user and their Integrated Care Team.
