ASPIRE Seberang Perai is MBSP's digital platform designed to connect residents with MBSP. It is integrated with MBSP's internal systems to provide up-to-date information about Seberang Perai, the Penang State Government, and current promotions, in line with the motto 'Innovate - Connect - Inspire'.

ASPIRE helps residents receive the latest local information, get bill notifications, and make payments through convenient gateways with real-time transaction recording. As Seberang Perai's first smart-city app focused on a 'Smart and Low Carbon City' initiative, it helps reduce counter congestion while offering non-expiring reward points redeemable for gifts, vouchers, and chances to join promotions and lucky draws.
