It worked at first, but now it doesn’t. Yes, I tried upgrading the app.

I did not find the app helpful. I paid the .99$ for the “7 day free trial” i cancelled after 2 days and was still charged the $39.99. Contacted their customer service demanding a refund and no one has contacted me back.

⭐️ 1 Star If I could give zero, I would I paid $0.99 for a “week trial”, and apparently that was my first mistake. There is no way to cancel this thing. No phone number. No confirmation email. No instructions. Nothing. I even hunted down an email listed in the app and—shocker—no reply. So now I get to sit here knowing I’ll be auto‑enrolled into whatever mystery fees Planty decides to charge, and my bank can’t do a thing until they actually take the money. Love that for me. This whole setup feels like a trap disguised as a “trial.” If you enjoy guessing games, disappearing customer service, and surprise charges, this is the app for you. Otherwise, run.
