They have some algorithm that makes you think it’s the correct app for your printer and even shows app pages with the brand in the App Store. I bought a Nelko label maker and the app couldn’t find it. I constantly got hounded to pay to subscribe but that didn’t add anything. It looks like there are endless apps just like this. Be careful.
