This is a great way to get in a solid workout! Gets your blood pumping and a good way to stay on track with your fitness! Workouts are fun and intense, Charlie is super helpful with any questions!

Often freezes, doesn’t update with iPhone updates.

I really like this app. The workouts are really challenging but they’re fast paced and go by quickly. Charlie is good at explaining the exercises and doesn’t do any of the typical (annoying) motivational statements during the workouts, which I appreciate. I’ve been using the app for about 3 months now and feel much stronger and my body is getting more lean. So glad I found this app, will definitely keep using it for a long time.
