Chevron Car Wash makes it easy to find participating Chevron car wash locations, purchase washes, and redeem them directly from your phone.

Create an account, securely add a payment card, and choose between single washes or a month-to-month unlimited membership with up to one wash per day. Use Wash Now or save purchases for later in your in-app wallet. At the car wash, scan the QR code near the pay station to activate your wash and follow the app’s instructions.

The app also includes location search, digital wash codes, emailed receipts, loyalty points toward free washes, station-specific promotions, discount codes, and exclusive in-app offers. Existing Chevron Car Wash loyalty customers can show their punch card to a store associate at participating locations to receive a free wash in the app.

Chevron’s subscription receipt explicitly says cancellations must be done through the app. The problem is the app locked me out of my account, and support continued billing me anyway. I contacted support multiple times explaining: * I could not access the app * I could not cancel the subscription * I was revoking authorization for future charges Chevron still processed another renewal charge after being notified. Support’s explanation was that installing the app on multiple phones may have caused the lockout. Even if true, that does not justify continuing to bill customers while preventing access to the required cancellation method. A subscription service should never put customers in a position where: 1. cancellation requires the app, 2. the app becomes inaccessible, 3. and billing continues anyway. Be very careful signing up for recurring billing through this platform.
