Discover a fast and convenient way to wash a car from your phone. If you are already a Chevron Car wash loyalty customer, show your punch card to a store associate at any participating location to get a free wash in the app! Sign-up to buy a single wash or get unlimited car washes for one monthly low price, all from your cellphone at participating Chevron stations (list available in ‘search’ in the app). Browse through the selection of single wash/ subscription products in the app to make a purchase. When ready to wash car, drive to car wash entrance, scan the QR code available on/ near the pay station to activate wash. Follow directions and any prompts on the app to drive into wash. The washing will start automatically. Features:

Sign-up, create account and add credit/ debit card to your user account.
Purchase car wash through secure and direct payment from the app
Choose to ‘Wash Now’ or ‘Wash Later’ – Purchased washes will be available in the ‘wallet’ and can be redeemed later
Receipts will be emailed to User ID used for creating account
Purchased car wash(s) can be redeemed at any participating location.
All participating locations are listed in the app and can be viewed on tapping ‘Search’
Loyalty points are built right in, so you start earning points for free washes with every purchase. On-going car wash loyalty programs at a station are available in the app.

Chevron’s subscription receipt explicitly says cancellations must be done through the app. The problem is the app locked me out of my account, and support continued billing me anyway. I contacted support multiple times explaining: * I could not access the app * I could not cancel the subscription * I was revoking authorization for future charges Chevron still processed another renewal charge after being notified. Support’s explanation was that installing the app on multiple phones may have caused the lockout. Even if true, that does not justify continuing to bill customers while preventing access to the required cancellation method. A subscription service should never put customers in a position where: 1. cancellation requires the app, 2. the app becomes inaccessible, 3. and billing continues anyway. Be very careful signing up for recurring billing through this platform.
