Not able to connect to the ap despite the device showing up on wifi. Got two cameras from wrapango and one doesn’t even connect to wifi. Not worth it

Could never get it to work. It’s plugged in, & it keeps saying offline. It’s right next to the router. I’m sure hoping I can get a refund!

The camera working while the phone connected to the same Wi-Fi, but if the phone connected to another Wi-Fi or phone data the camera not working and it’s giving “Device connection failed” how I can solve this?
