User Reviews

Navimow’s app generally earns praise for easy setup, boundary mapping, remote mowing from anywhere, and impressive mowing performance with GPS boundary accuracy. However, multiple reviews flag stability and connectivity problems after updates, including crashes, slow loading, and mower-disconnects. Other recurring concerns include limited scheduling/zone control, hardware signal issues in wooded or obstructed yards, and a UI that isn’t well optimized for larger screens like iPads. When the app works, users report strong reliability and convenience, but ongoing issues limit the overall experience.
Pros
  • Easy to set up and map mowing areas with an intuitive boundary setup.
  • Remotely control mowing from anywhere, including when you’re away from home.
  • Strong mowing performance and positive results when the app and mower are functioning, including features like night mowing and rain pause.
  • GPS-based boundary tracking and reliable zone management that keep the mower within its boundaries.
Cons
  • App stability and performance issues after updates: crashes on launch, freezes, and slow map loading.
  • Ongoing connectivity problems and frequent 'disconnected' status plus Navimow+ messages.
  • Scheduling/zone control limitations: limited options and difficulty reordering zones without workarounds.
  • Hardware signal issues in yards with trees or obstructions: antenna/cabling problems affect usability in larger areas.
  • UI not optimized for larger screens (iPad); users find the phone-sized UI on iPad awkward.

Mow app works well. Mower works as advertised. Will not do thick or long grass at all. Found its best as a maintenance mower. Needs short grass to start. Otherwise a huge time saver!!

I actually have two of these and they are mowing over 6 acres for me combine. They’re very expensive but when you think about how much time you’re saving in the fact that you could have your lawnmower every day if you wanted to or every other day without even thinking about it and having to go find the Mowrer like I’ve had to deal with other robot mowers, you realize it’s going to be worth it, especially after two seasons.
