What a horrible app and dishonest developer. Stay away from any cameras that use this app. At first, it worked fine, and once the return window expired, you’ll be forced/tricked into subscribing to their cloud services. You will, lose notifications when an event is triggered. Their tech-support, which is one person that knows nothing about the product, will tell you that notifications only works when you subscribe to the cloud services. I have purchased over 20 of these cameras which use this app, and have been slowly and surely phasing them out. I won’t even give them away for free to anyone because the app sucks. Going through events is a very horrible process. When you try to go right to the minute, it goes back several minutes. The positive feedbacks are fake. I’ve been telling all my friends and family not to buy this product. Horrible company to deal with!!!! Always read the negative reviews first.

Something changed in the latest update. When tapping the PTZ pre-position images which used to pan the camera to the area you want to view, now you get an “error” message that says you have to allow full access to your photo album (permission). NOT GONNA HAPPEN!! There is absolutely NO reason this app needs access to my album. The app and it’s developers/coders are no doubt using your personal data for nefarious purposes. My advice is to shop around for another compatible app. As far as the actual cameras are concerned, I have no major issues with them. Maybe an occasional glitch, but that’s about it!
