Users repeatedly report essential login problems, broken BOL capture/cropping, and overall app instability. Additional pain points include dark mode readability issues and a generally unfriendly mobile experience, causing time-consuming workarounds and reduced productivity.

Frequent sign-in/out issues: the app logs users out quickly and fails to stay signed in per shift.
BOL capture and cropping features are broken or very difficult to use after updates, including dragging pins and cropping failures.
General instability: recurring glitches, crashes, and shutdowns disrupt workflows.
Poor UI/UX in dark mode and visibility issues: input fields become unreadable or invisible (dark/black fields).
Not mobile-friendly: navigation and tool interactions feel cumbersome on mobile.

Anytime I am in an order and lock my phone to start dropping fuel, I am logged out by the time I need to input my information when I’m done delivering. I have to log in about 10 times a day per shift
