2025-02-12	Ja*****	TL;DR – Don’t. Just don’t agree to the torture of this banking app. Use another bank that has a fully functional and developed app. No English. No foreign transfers. No necessary features that every other banking app has. Apparently the App Store deleted my previous review. I assume at the request from someone at Nobu who don’t take feedback or input very well, so here it is again: ready to embark on a forced adventure of beta software that is still missing basic features all the other banks have? Are you an expat required to use this bank? Get ready for the onslaught of an Indonesian only app that makes you sign a long list of Terms & Conditions in a foreign language. Want a translation of whether you are signing away the life of your firstborn or just agreeing to mundane bank lingo? Good luck. Nobu help desk is about as helpful as a hole in your heart if you ask them to provide required documents in English. Their advice? Use our website and Google translate. The problem is that you can’t sign into the website with certain accounts. Do they care? Nope. Want to do foreign transfers? Nope. Not an option. You need to transfer to another bank to do that. Want to top-up emoney accounts? Nope. The help desk says go to their website. Why have an app if you need to use the website for basic functions? As with most things Lippo, they roll out something half-baked and then require people to use it in order to make it look profitable and healthy to investors before they sell it. If you have a choice, don’t use Nobu. There are many better banks with functional apps . For those who will need to download this app because you have no choice, welcome to Hotel California.
