As a GoPuff driver, I feel the work is simply not profitable for most drivers. To make a decent amount of money, you either have to drive a lot of miles or spend a lot of time waiting around for orders. Both options make it difficult to earn a fair income after considering gas, vehicle wear and tear, and time invested. GoPuff should find better ways to compensate its drivers. There needs to be more balanced pay that accounts for mileage, waiting time, and the effort drivers put in. Drivers are a key part of the service, and better compensation would make the experience more sustainable for everyone.

8 times out of 10 people won’t tip. You would think a person has the consideration as they’re sitting watching the map as you drive 13-25 miles and deliver something that they obviously didn’t or couldn’t get themselves and at a crucial time when they really needed it, you’d think that they would have dignity to tip especially if you’re ordering tabacco and alcohol products and you know the store is closed and Im driving this far to bRing you that and you disrespect me by giving literally $0. Gopuff doesn’t pay but $2-$3 a trip LITERALLY. The part that kills me is these flamboyant men and women will act like &1-$5 isn’t nothing when it’s at their leisure or some other weird situation were they spend stupid nonsense money but won’t give a damn .10¢ for something they NEEDED that somebody wasted their gas to bring you. You’re literally paying for their delivery at that point because a gallon of gas is $3 so do the math after your base pay of $3 and you go 16 miles!!!😤🤬😤🤬
