User reviews for My T-tag are overwhelmingly negative. Recurrent themes include sign-in instability, password creation and validation problems that block account creation, and a generally unreliable, unfinished app with a poor user interface. Several users note data inconsistencies and that fixes have been slow or non-existent for months. A minority reports issues adding a credit card. Overall, the app appears poorly maintained with limited, if any, positive aspects mentioned.
