User Reviews

StreamFit is praised as a comprehensive, all-in-one gym management and tracking solution with strong support and continuous improvements. Users appreciate its integrated performance and nutrition tracking and easy onboarding. However, several recurring issues limit the experience: a cluttered or inconsistent UI, difficulties with leaderboards and viewing scores, data transfer and onboarding frictions, missing or hard-to-use features, and occasional bugs affecting reliability.
Pros
  • All-in-one gym management platform (programming, scheduling, store, and member engagement) that reduces the need for multiple apps.
  • Very responsive customer support that listens to feedback and implements improvements quickly.
  • Easy-to-use, clean, and intuitive user interface that members can navigate with minimal ramp-up.
  • Visible ongoing updates and improvements driven by user feedback from gym owners and members.
  • Integrated performance and nutrition tracking in one app, simplifying logging and reducing reliance on separate apps like MyFitnessPal.
Cons
  • UI/UX can be cluttered and not intuitive, with hard-to-see elements and inconsistent design across sections.
  • Leaderboard and results visibility is poor or buried, making it hard for members to enter or view scores.
  • Data transfer and syncing during onboarding can be painful (benchmark transfers may require per-member setup and may fail to sync).
  • Missing or hard-to-access essential features (e.g., unregistering from a class, viewing all workouts, and filtering PRs) causing friction.
  • Bugs and reliability issues intermittently affect usage (e.g., modal errors, messaging limitations, and occasional glitches).

I have used so many CrossFit workout tracking apps, and this might be the worst looking one. You are greeted with an endless list of dates that are so hard to see. Everything is so cluttered. Clumsy design. No customization for the user.

Terrible experience. Benchmark transfers had to be done one member at a time, and even then wouldn’t sync unless wording matched perfectly. Writing programming was slow, repetitive, and inefficient. No way to easily view or move full weeks of workouts. Would not recommend app or software.

should be able to “reply” to someone’s comment on your score. Also when you “open” a notification it should mark it as read, but for some reason you have to click to mark them as read and then click again to confirm. Should be simpler and more streamlined.
