Cons

UI/UX can be cluttered and not intuitive, with hard-to-see elements and inconsistent design across sections.
Leaderboard and results visibility is poor or buried, making it hard for members to enter or view scores.
Data transfer and syncing during onboarding can be painful (benchmark transfers may require per-member setup and may fail to sync).
Missing or hard-to-access essential features (e.g., unregistering from a class, viewing all workouts, and filtering PRs) causing friction.
Bugs and reliability issues intermittently affect usage (e.g., modal errors, messaging limitations, and occasional glitches).

Recent reviews

1) Randomly being logged out and asked for a PIN code makes no sense. 2) The “eye” button to reveal the screen and hide the keyboard is not a good design. 3) Check-in/out button designs are not obvious. 4) overall user interface lacks basic design principles. 5) This app needs to be totally rebuilt from the ground up with a modern approach. It feels like it was made in the 90’s.

Coming over from SugarWod, and it’s been a struggle… however, I do appreciate that gym management and memberships are all in one place. Honestly my main gripe is that it doesn’t foster gym community and banter like other app does. No one comments, or likes each others workouts like we used to in SugarWod. In fact, most people don’t even log their workouts anymore. Let us add gifs!
